High Knob Triple Crown

The High Knob Hellbender 10K is part of the High Knob Triple Crown running series, a new series featuring three distinct races that showcase the beauty and challenging terrain that High Knob – the highest point in the Cumberland Mountains – has to offer.

The 2023 High Knob Triple Crown will consist of the Fit Farmer 12K Trail Run on May 13, 2023; the Mountain Fork Half Marathon on Sept. 17, 2023; and the High Knob Hellbender 10K on Oct. 7, 2023.

Complete all three races and receive a signature High Knob Triple Crown medal. The top three men and women will also receive a custom hoodie with the above Triple Crown logo. The series’ king and queen (first place male and first place female) will also receive free entry into the 2024 High Knob Triple Crown races. Winners will be determined based on accumulated times from all three races.

See the High Knob Triple Crown website for more details.
